1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return under the following conditions:
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in its original resalable condition.
The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
The product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
Non-returnable items:
Digital products (e.g., downloadable software, digital files).
Custom-made or personalized items.
Items marked as “final sale” or purchased at a discounted/clearance price.
2. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., we shipped the wrong item).
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@thegoodloop.christmas and provide the following information:
Your order number.
The reason for the return (e.g., defective, incorrect item).
Photos or videos of the product, if applicable (particularly helpful for damaged or incorrect items).
We will respond to your return request within 2 business days with further instructions and a return address, if needed.
4. Shipping Costs & Responsibilities
If the return is due to our error (e.g., damage or mistake), we will provide a shipping label or cover the return shipping costs.
For returns based on customer preference (e.g., size change, no longer needed), you are responsible for the return shipping fees.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your proof of postage. We cannot be held liable for return packages that are lost in transit.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided under these circumstances:
The item shows signs of use, damage, or is not in its original packaging.
The return request is made after the 30-day window has passed.
The product is a non-returnable item, as listed above.
