Orders placed and paid for before 4:00 PM CT (Central Time) on a business day (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays) will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
For items with specific processing times (e.g., “pre-order,” “made-to-order”), the timeframe listed on the product page will apply.
3. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Within the United States, I primarily ship via reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on cost-effectiveness and delivery speed to your location.
For international shipments, please note that delivery times may vary significantly. I ship to the countries listed at checkout, and customers are responsible for any customs delays, import duties, or taxes, which are not included in the shipping cost or item price.
4. Shipping Costs
Free Standard Shipping is offered on orders over a specific amount within the contiguous United States. (Please refer to the banner on the homepage or at checkout for the current threshold).
Orders below this amount will incur a calculated shipping fee, displayed at checkout.
International shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and carrier and will be shown during checkout.
5. Delivery Timeframes
Please note that the following are estimates and not guarantees, as delays can occur due to carrier volume or unforeseen circumstances.
Domestic (US): 3-7 business days after shipment.
International: 7-21 business days after shipment. These timelines may be longer depending on the destination country’s customs processing.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Shipping Responsibilities
A smooth return process is key to customer trust. My return and exchange policy is designed to be fair and clear.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item: Please contact me immediately at support@thegoodloop.christmas. I will cover the return shipping costs and, upon confirmation of the issue, send a replacement or process a full refund.
Customer-initiated returns/exchanges (e.g., change of mind): You may return unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, I will process the exchange or refund. The cost to reship the new item will be covered by me.
Refused or undeliverable packages: If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
7. Risk of Loss
All items purchased from thegoodloop.christmas are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon my delivery of the items to the carrier.
